Healthy, protein-packed pancakes made with chocolate protein powder.
4 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Almond Milk (or other preferred liquid)
Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined and lump-free. (Alternatively, place all the ingredients in a blender and give it a whizz until it’s combined.)
Coat a skillet with non-stick spray over medium-high heat. Add about 1/3 cup of the chocolate protein pancake mix to make a pancake. Cook for about 3 minutes, then flip and cook another 2 minutes on the other side. Set aside on a cooling rack and repeat until all your mix is gone.
Gather four meal prep containers and place two of the cooled pancakes in each. Add a sauce container of your preferred syrup and/or add berries or jam.
Seal with a lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
This makes 4 servings. A serving is 2 pancakes.
