1/3 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/3 Cup Parmesan
1 1/2 Tsp Dried Italian Herbs
8 oz Bow Tie Pasta
2 oz Pepperoni
3/4 Cup Mozzarella Pearls
1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1/4 Cup Sliced Olives
Prepare four non-divided meal prep containers. Add a small dressing container to each.
Add the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Parmesan, and Italian herbs to a mason jar. Seal with a lid then shake to combine. Divide evenly among the four dressing containers, then seal with their lids.
Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain and rinse with cold water. Divide pasta between the meal prep containers.
Distribute the remaining ingredients evenly among the meal prep containers. Seal with a lid and place in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
Toss with the dressing right before consuming.
