1.5lbs Chicken Breast
1/3 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
4-6 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 Jalapenos, sliced (use Serranos or Habaneros to make this extra spicy)
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
Place all ingredients in a Ziploc bag. Remove as much air as possible and seal.
Place in freezer until ready to use.
When ready to consume, allow to thaw in the refrigerator overnight, then cook on low in your crock pot for about 4 hours, until chicken is at least 165F internally.
