Banana Berry Smoothie Prep Recipe


6 Cups Greens

6 Cups of Berries

6 Bananas, sliced

6 Cups Liquid (Milk, Almond Milk, Coconut Water, etc)


Add 1 Cup greens, 1 cup of berries, and 1 sliced banana to each ziploc bag or mason jar.

Seal each ziploc bag, removing as much as air as possible. Place in freezer.

When ready to blend, add the contents of one of the ziploc bags to your blender along with
