1 15oz Package of Frozen Sweet Potato Fries
1lb Ground Beef
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
Toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles)
Prepare your sweet potato fries according to package instructions, then set aside.
Add the ground beef and seasonings to a mixing bowl. Use your hands to mix the meat and seasonings until just combined. Divide the meat into 4 portions. Take each portion in your hand and mold it into a hamburger patty.
Cook the burgers over medium-high heat on the grill or stove top. Cook 4-5 minutes on each side until done. Remove from pan or grill and set on a paper towel lined plate to drain grease.
Prepare four meal prep containers and evenly divide the cooked sweet potato fries between each of them. Add 1 hamburger patty to each container and your desired toppings.
Seal meal prep containers and store in the refrigerator until ready to consume.
