Eating healthy doesn’t mean you have to give up burgers & fries! This low-carb burger & sweet potato fries meal prep allows you to have both without feeling guilty.
There’s nothing more classic for lunch than a hamburger and french fries, but when you’re watching your macros and calories it may seem like an option that’s off the table. This recipe, however, will show you how you can still enjoy a burger without sacrificing any of your health goals!
What’s even better than that? You can prep a week’s worth of these from start to finish in about twenty minutes, so it’s one of the most simple and quick meal preps you can make!
Ingredients
- Ground Beef – Use a lean ground beef, or ground turkey for even lower fat and calories.
- Seasonings – You can season the burger patty with just salt and pepper, or also add a little bit of onion and garlic powder for extra flavor.
- Sweet Potato Fries – Grab a pack of frozen sweet potato fries to make this meal prep stress-free.
- Toppings (optional) – I like to add fresh sliced tomato, lettuce, and pickles for my burger “toppings”. If cheese is in your diet, feel free to add that too.
