Are you trying to eat healthy but find yourself missing delicious classic breakfast dishes like waffles? Then you’ve got to add protein waffles to your meal prep rotation!
For me, breakfast is the most important meal to prep so I always have something ready to go in the fridge. The problem is that I get rather tired of eating yogurt, overnight oats, and chia pudding.
Learning how to make and meal prep protein waffles was a game changer for me! Now I could have what seems like an indulgent breakfast without any of the guilt!
