Matcha Overnight Oats

Three glass meal prep containers are filled with green matcha overnight oats. Each is topped with a dollop of Greek yogurt and several slices of strawberry.

Creamy, overnight oats made with matcha and topped with fresh strawberries.

Ingredients

1/2 cup oats

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon matcha

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 cup almond milk

1/4 cup strawberries, halved

Instructions

Add all the ingredients, except the strawberries, to a jar or meal prep container.

Thoroughly whisk together with a fork until well-combined. Top with sliced strawberries.

Seal with a lid and place in the fridge until ready to consume, up to 4 days.

Repeat with as many meal prep containers as desired.
