Protein French Toast

Three plastic meal prep containers with a slice of protein french toast, fresh berries, and a 2oz container of greek yogurt in each one.

French Toast

4 slices of bread 

2/3 cup egg whites

2 eggs 

2/3 cup milk

2 scoops vanilla protein powder 

1 teaspoon cinnamon 

cooking spray


3/4 cup Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1 cup mixed berries


Add protein powder and milk to a mixing bowl and whisk together until all the clumps are gone.

Add egg whites, eggs, and cinnamon. Whisk until well-combined.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Spray lightly with cooking oil.

Dip 2 slices of bread in the egg mixture and place in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned. Remove from heat and repeat with remaining slices of bread.

Prepare four meal prep containers. Place one slice of cooked French toast in each.

In a small bowl, stir greek yogurt and maple syrup together. Divide among four 2oz containers. Place one in each meal prep container.

Distribute the berries evenly among the meal prep containers then seal each and place in the fridge.
