Orange & Carrot Juice Recipe

Do you guys ever meal prep juice? It’s really easy to prep in batches and can make a great breakfast, lunch, or post-workout snack.

We have an orange tree in our backyard with an abundance of fruit, so this carrot and orange juice is one of my favorites to make.

How To Make Carrot & Juice

I started drinking half-orange half-carrot juice drinks about a decade ago (has it really been that long?!?) in college when started most of my mornings at Jamba Juice.

Now, I prefer to save money by making it myself at home. To save time, I make three days worth at once so I don’t have to make it every morning. Fresh juice is best consumed within 72 hours, so if you want a week’s worth I recommend doing a second batch mid-week.

Orange & Carrot Juice Benefits

Carrot and orange juice is packed with nutrients and offers many healthy benefits.

Orange juice is high in antioxidants, vitamin C, and potassium. Consuming it on a regular basis has been associated with improved heart health and decreased inflammation.

Carrots are also high in antioxidants, beta-carotene, and B-vitamins. It can possibly help strengthen brain function and improve memory as well as lower cholesterol.
