Ingredients
- Greek Yogurt – Greek yogurt has more protein and less sugar than traditional yogurts. It’s also full of probiotics. I recommend buying plain, non-fat Greek yogurt.
- Cocoa Powder – Cocoa powder brings the chocolate flavor to this recipe without any of the sugar or fat.
- Honey – You can use any honey in this recipe, though I prefer to use local honey, if possible.
- Fruit – Strawberries & raspberries are my favorite for this recipe but other good fruit choices are bananas and apples.
